Job duties：
Develop and implement advertising campaigns appropriate for print or electronic media;
Collaborate with the management team to set marketing objectives, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs);
Manage the restaurant's online presence, including the website and social media profiles;
Assess characteristics of services to be promoted and advise on the advertising needs of an establishment;
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and threats;
Use market insights to refine marketing strategies and target audience segments
Prepare or oversee preparation of Web sites and press releases, Facebook and other electronic media;
Provide report and analysis of marketing outcomes and recommendations to improve marketing strategies;
Develop and assist in the preparation of marketing collateral, brochures, and promotional materials.;
Co-ordinate special promotions for clients;
Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data;
Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

Qualifications / Skills:
2-3 year proven working experience in marketing;
Strong digital marketing skills;
Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools;
Event planning and coordination experience is a plus;
Highly self-motivated, Independent and problem-solving skills;
Effective sales, customer service, interpersonal, negotiation, and client handling skills;
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
