I have 3 rooms in a large bright main floor apartment.

These rooms are available for the fall semester or earlier. Most landlords require a one year lease. I will accept tenants for 4 months (or 1 to 4 months in the summer). My price reflects the fact that by making these rooms available for the fall semester they are vacant most of the year.

Each room is furnished with a bed, desk, chair, dresser and has a closet.
I have some extra long mattresses available for tall people.

Ideal for exchange students coming from overseas because I provide the apartment set up with most of the things that you will need. (iron, hair dryer, towels, bedding, umbrella, bicycles, laundry soap). And the kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, pots, dishes, salt and some spices.

The rooms are (in feet) 12 X 11, 11 X 11, 11 X 8.5.

$750 per person to share a large room with 2 single beds, 2 desks, dresser, large closet.

Laundry in the building and lots of parking.

Wireless internet is included.

I am looking for quiet, non-smokers.

This is a scent free building. That means using perfume or strong smelling cleaning products is prohibited. However I also have rooms available in my house where there are no scent free rules.
