That's all the good, now the not so good. Think of this as a project as several things need taken care, they are: front window cover replaced, dinette window needs replaced, main awning and slide out awnings needs patched or vinyl replaced. Fridge needs new control board (available), new inverter needed, same with new hot water tank installed or old one repaired. Tires on the outside are original and cracked, they too need replaced.
