We are looking for a full-time general building maintenance worker for our property in Thorold, Ontario. Employment requirements are a secondary school education and previous maintenance experience.

Responsibilities include:
1. General building maintenance, cleaning, concrete and brick repairs,
drywalling and painting
2. Perform landscaping, including lawn maintenance and tending grounds
3. Respond to requests from tenants for minor repairs
4. Perform inspections on the building systems
5. Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating,
plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major
repairs
6. Provide general assistance to skilled trade persons such as electricians,
carpenters and plumbers
7. Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures
8. Sweep, mop, scrub and wax floors and stairs
9. Empty trash cans and other waste containers
10. Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scrap, dirt, heavy debris and
other refuse

Hours of Work:
40 hours per week

Rate of Pay:
$20.00 per hour
