2001 Vanguard trailer. 21 feet long cabin, 25 feet long hitch to bumper. Two 30-lb propane tanks, 1 full, the other 1/2. Clean and well looked after, some dings and dents. Full 60" x 80" queen size bed,
Two bunk beds just over 6 feet long. Dinette folds down for another bed. Lots of storage inside and in the 3 exterior access hatches. We have never had a mouse. Had water leak through the upper awning mount bolts several years ago. Removed and replaced bolts, and affected wood and wall paneling and insulation; no leaks since. Tire tread roughly 90% remaining. Roof is in good condition. We applied protective rubber roof paint several years ago and just re-cleaned it and applied four new coats. Seam seals just re-touched wherever needed. New roof vent lid over the bathroom. New front wall exterior light. All LED light bulbs throughout. Good battery, with a kill switch. Large holding tanks (50 gallon water, 40 gallon grey and black tanks. New water pump last year. New hot water heater 3 years ago. Fridge and freezer are large and run like new. Lots of counter space compared to most trailers. Bath/shower and a sink with adjacent counter space. One axle had bearing fail a few years ago and we replaced the entire axle due to spindle damage. Axles have been "flipped" as the original ground clearance was extremely low. Wheel bearings repacked last summer. Awning in good shape. Applied two 4" strips of Eternabond tape several years ago to the portion of the awning exposed to the sun when retracted. This trailer needs no work and has been cleaned to the corners. It is ready to camp immediately. It has lots of life left and can provide a family great memories for low cost.
