In desperate need of a 2 bedroom in courtenay area. My mother has undergone surgery on her leg. We need a wheelchair accessible hopefully on bottom suite. We have around 900$ dollars to pay monthly. We can take control of hydro, phone (bundled with wifi and netflix) We are currently living in the Mainstreet Apartments. We've been looking for a place for awhile now with no luck. There will be no smoking or pets.
