Job Description:Job Description The Society of Alberta Occupational Therapists (SAOT) is a non profit, professional membership organization serving occupational therapists in Alberta. We are seeking an experienced administrator for this part-time role (10-20 hrs per week). This contract position is responsible for: 1. Administrative assistance to the executive director, board of directors and working committees 2. Provision of member services including membership processing, promotions, general enquiries and communications through a monthly e Bulletin 3. Website maintenance on a Wordpress platform including content updates, event registrations, reports 4. Workshop assistance including logistics either virtual or in person as needed, promotions, registrations, administration 5. Social media marketing using Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn 6. Processing advertising requests 7. Marketing assistance for OT Month and as required for other events Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communications skills; Experience with Wordpress website applications; Marketing experience; Excellent customer service skills; Exemplary work ethic. You have a fully equipped home office in the Edmonton area. Some evenings and weekends may be required throughout the year. Vehicle is a must.
