Adult male looking for a room or apt that's within my price range. I have retired from the work force. I'm a 50yr old non smoker/drinker. I am .. ( truly) clean and quiet. Looking to move in for August 1st. I am on long term odsp. Please do not judge me... I am not on welfare . I am partially disabled. I can walk n talk and can help with maintenance around the property if needed. A tenant and hope that the landlord has an A rating as well : ) I only ask that the house it taken care of and if something needs fixed. It gets fixed. Unfortunately I have been in some awful situations with some awful hands collecting the rent.
Looking to move into a place that a car is not needed to get to amenities etc..I hope to hear from you soon :)
