Oromocto PhysioCentre is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant.
Essential administrative job responsibilities include:
· Office Administration experience an asset
· Personally greeting and booking of clients
· Handling incoming calls for booking clients and other communications
· Handling of billing and taking payments for clients
· Filing, organizing, faxing and general office duties
Requirements:
· Marvelous communication skills and an outgoing personality
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask
· Good typing skills
· Ability to work well with others
· High School diploma
· Bilingualism, and previous experience working with the public are assets.
· Assist Physiotherapists with patients (i.e setting up of Set up interferential and ultrasound machines
· File away daily charts from physio
· Pull and stamp files for next day
· Ensure laundry is completed for all clinicians in clinic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
Evening shift
Monday to Friday
No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
Oromocto, NB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
Expected start date: 2024-06-17
