2013 Coachmen Catalina 272BH. Purchased from original owners, excellent condition, no leaks, everything works as it should. Winterized every season and mouse proofed with special undercoating annually. Comes with hitch and sway bars, 2 propane tanks, 12V battery and LCD TV in bedroom. Recently changed all 5 tires, lubed bearings and inspected trailer brakes, all in new condition. Air conditioning fan motor replaced last year because of a loud bearing. Also replaced emergency break away module on trailer tongue, installed accordian-style blinds in all windows, replaced one propane line to tank and installed all LED lights inside the trailer. We have receipts for all upgrades/repairs done. Awning has a small tear about 6” long at very end of awning, does not affect the function. Asking $17000 OBO.
