Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Assist in budgeting and financial record-keeping tasks
- Handle vendor management and maintain professional relationships
- Oversee human resources tasks such as onboarding and employee records
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and scanning
- Manage the front desk by greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Supervise and support office staff, providing training and development opportunities
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a structured office environment
- Experience in vendor management to ensure efficient operations
- Knowledge of human resources practices for employee support
- Previous experience in front desk duties for effective customer service
- Ability to manage a team effectively to achieve office goals
- Familiarity with training development for staff improvement
- Proficiency in file management to ensure data organization
- Administrative expertise to handle various office tasks efficiently
Minimum 2 years of experience required with Reference from previous employer
