Position: Auto Parts Sales Associate

No. of Openings: 2 positions available (1 FULL-TIME & 1 PART-TIME)

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in person and over the phone to identify and locate the right auto parts for their vehicles.
Utilize computer systems to access inventory, place orders, and process transactions efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, offering product recommendations, and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in navigating software applications and online databases.
Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred.
Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
