Full time permanent grain farm employee at Invernorth Ag Ventures, Strathclair MB and Franklin MB.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team at Invernorth Ag Ventures, a grain farm with operations in Strathclair and Franklin. This role involves working on all aspects of grain farming operations, from planting and harvesting to equipment maintenance and general farm duties. Attractive compensation package and flexible hours outside of peak seasons.
Responsibilities:
1. Operate farm machinery including tractors, combines, sprayers and semis.
2. Assist with planting, spraying, and harvesting crops.
3. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm equipment.
4. Operate grain handling equipment such as augers, conveyors, and grain bins.
5. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
6. Collaborate with farm owner and other team members to achieve production goals.
7. Perform other farm duties as assigned.

Requirements:
1. Previous experience working on a grain farm preferred.
2. Class 1 license preferred (willing to train).
3. Ability to operate farm machinery safely and efficiently.
4. Strong mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance and repairs.
5. Able to perform tasks requiring moderate to heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
6. Willingness to work long hours during peak seasons (seeding, spraying and harvesting).
7. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
8. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
9. Knowledge of grain farming practices.
10. High school diploma or equivalent.
