Job Description:
The Pro Image Sports Canada job involves generating sales and controlling expenses in order to meet or exceed company objectives. This includes providing customer service, adhering to visual guidelines, managing inventory, and supervising associates. The job requires strong interpersonal skills, computer proficiency, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and standing for up to 100% of work time.

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate sales by providing excellent customer service and meeting or exceeding company objectives.
- Adhere to current visual guidelines for proper merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
- Protect company assets and control expenses within Pro Image Sports Canada Retail policies.
- Follow all policies for accurate management of store inventory.
- Open and close the store following proper procedures.
- Act as Store Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
- Manage store associates through Pro Image Sports Canada Training Programs, goal setting, and regular follow up.
- Schedule and staff the store when unexpected peaks occur and the Store Manager is not present.
- Participate in Pro Image Sports Canada Training Programs, adhere to set goals, and recruit and train store personnel.
- Encourage store associates to comply with established company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent and one year relative experience.
- Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
- Ability to operate a computer and relevant software programs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb a ladder, and work with hands overhead.
- Standing required for up to 100% of the work time.
- Ability to work unsupervised.

Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent.

Reports to: Store Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
