Rent is $1,800 plus utilities (hydro, wifi, etc.)
House is in the centre of the Horseshoe (central neighbourhood of Terrace), walking distance from downtown. On a nice, quiet dead-end street, a block away from a park.
Backyard is fenced with an older storage shed. Backyard is split in half by a fence. Upper tenants use one half, and basement tenant use the other.
Suite has a separate entrance at the back of the house.
Upstairs of house is a 3-bedroom suite. Current tenants are a couple and one dog.
Heat source is hydro. Monthly hydro bill is split between upstairs and downstairs tenants.
To move in, we require first month's rent and a damage deposit in the amount of half a month's rent ($900).
Pets ok (limited to one dog) but we require $500 pet deposit.
