**Job Description:**
We are looking for skilled and motivated asphalt workers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have experience in asphalt paving and maintenance, with a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare work sites, including the removal of old asphalt and debris.
- Operate and maintain asphalt equipment such as pavers, rollers, and compactors.
- Apply asphalt, gravel, and other materials to surfaces according to project specifications.
- Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standards.

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in asphalt paving and/or maintenance is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating paving and compaction equipment.
- Strong understanding of safety practices and procedures.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to job sites within the Waterloo Region.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
