I built this partscaster with Merle Haggard's "Tuff Dog" Telecaster in mind. It's got 60's vintage spec pickups and a 4 way switch that simply adds a hot "in series" selection to the traditional tele 3 way configuration. It's even got a Fender chambered telecaster body which adds to the amazing tones from this guitar. Very comfortable 7.2 lbs and built with a reinforced switchcraft input jack, it's ready for the stage or jamming at home.
The neck is a 94 Fender Mexican with slight relic and professional fret levelling, crown and polish done here. It has the modern C profile and plays like a dream with Ernie Ball .10's installed. Action is set medium low currently.
