Selling our 1980's camping trailer. 16ft trailer with custom open concept interior. No water or bathroom hooked up, you could set up a water jug with pump under the sink and connect to drainage.

Has new electrical wiring, breakers/breaker box, lights and outlets. Brand new spare tire. Plug adapter male 50A to female 30A and 50 ft 30A extension cord. New 25' non toxic drinking water hose with attachments to set up an outdoor shower. Comes with a galanz mini fridge, electric oil heater, small air conditioner, two 8 inch fans mounted. Has 4 trailer style scissor jacks with 2 handles. Lots of storage under the bed and couch and two over head storage compartments. Comes with curtains.

Door needs some minor repair but works. Small window needs replacing, I have a replacement window just no time to install. Minor leaking from roof vents, needs some patch work on roof. Tail lights outside are working for brakes and turning signals. Has functioning exterior plug to hook up to electrical camp sites.
Trailer is insured and road legal.

Selling trailer as is. Nice simplified set up for when you want something simple and not overly complicated. Trailer has been on a trip all around Ontario and has served me well. Moving on to other things now.
