**Job Description:**
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our front store. This role includes managing the cashier area, ordering products, answering phone calls, and providing online customer service for our online store. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the cashier area, ensuring efficient and accurate transactions.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Order and manage inventory for the front store, ensuring shelves are stocked and products are available.
- Answer phone calls and assist customers with their needs.
- Provide online customer service, including responding to inquiries and processing orders for our online store.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Train and supervise front store staff as needed.
- Implement and oversee promotional activities and sales initiatives.
- Monitor and report on store performance metrics.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to manage inventory and order products efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A friendly and positive attitude with a dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
