Have enjoyed this trailer since new however kids are getting older and have lost interest in camping with their parents.

Also included if you wish is a 10x20 pressure treated patio (you must remove)

Everything works except electric hot water heater (propane still works fine and we prefer that anyways as it is hotter). I believe the electric is a switch.

Was just caulked last summer.
Can provide a walk through on how to use camper if needed. Great fun for the family for many years.
