Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues for customers
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Conduct remote troubleshooting sessions to diagnose and resolve customer problems
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and accurate responses
Skills:
- Proficient in Linux and Windows operating systems
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Jira or other issue tracking systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Familiarity with help desk software and ticketing systems
- Understanding of VPN configurations and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of MacOS is a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot software issues and perform basic software troubleshooting steps
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms is a plus
