My parents and I are looking for a forever homes separately would be ideal. Have you ever seen a Kakariki?? Our vibrant feathers and inquisitive nature make us great pets. We are quiet birds and can live in small spaces like apartments well. We are smart and funny! We make a bunch of unique sounds and can learn to mimic. We are a grass or land parakeet, so would do best with a long, low cage. We love, love, love to bath daily. We would benefit from a varied diet, including a pellet staple diet and mixed greens and veggies daily. We can be delicate birds and need to be treated a little more gently than other medium sized parrots.
