I'm looking for a summer sublet starting from June 1st and ending on September 1st.

Location: Right beside the University of Guelph at 29 College Ave W, Guelph

- 2-minute walk to OVC
- 5-minute walk to the war memorial
- 10-minute walk to the library

A spacious room located on the top floor of the house, with a queen bed, closet and desk. You'll share the top floor with one other bedroom, with a shared bathroom between the two. The kitchen downstairs is fully equipped, and there's an additional bathroom downstairs as well as bedrooms. A spacious common area downstairs with couches and dining table.

- June 1st to September 1st
- $600 per month, all utilities included
