Price is firm. Umbrella, carpet and the two red side tables not included. This patio set is in very good shape structurally. The seat cushions need to be cleaned a bit just from normal wear and tear but the material is still in good condition. We are in Grande Prairie and I can help transport if the buyer is in or around Grande Prairie.
