I live on site, so the house is quiet. The house is located by Kangas Sauna, close to Lakehead University and on the bus route to Confederation College. The bus stops 50 feet from the house and runs in both directions. It is also located minutes from most amenities including shopping, restaurants and the hospital.

Rent is $565.00 a month, and includes all utilities (heat/central air conditioning and electricity), as well as the internet which everyone shares. It also covers a cleaning company that comes through every two weeks to clean the public areas (not your bedrooms).

The main floor consists of hardwood floors, a full four piece bathroom, living and dining room, large kitchen with 2 fridges, stove, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, instapot, toaster, coffee maker and a fully stocked set of QUALITY kitchenware (dishes, glassware and pots and pans). There is also one bedroom on the main floor. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a 4-piece bathroom. Each room has a bed, desk, high-back computer chair, night table, closet, and dresser. I also supply sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels. Laundry (washer / dryer) are in the basement.
