Office Admin (Accounting experience)

We are looking to hire an Office Admin for one of our clients in Brampton. You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Manage admin work plus answering calls, emails, talking with clients
• Handling accounts payable and receivables
• Maintaining records on excel
• Processing payroll for employees
• Logistics scheduling for shipments (both inbound and outbound)
• Maintaining calender
• Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
• Perform other office tasks (customer inquiries, place orders, etc.)
Qualifications:
• Must be available Monday- Friday
• Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields is must
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Strong organizational skills
• Extremely strong communication skill
Payrate: 20$ (depending on experience)
