This house is a country home just south of Brantford, just across the river off Erie Ave, so secluded, only one neighbor you can barley see. This is a 5-min drive from downtown Brantford, easy jump onto the freeway. This is a peaceful house with no road traffic.

This is a nice house. The kitchen is brand new, huge outdoor concrete patio, on acreage, tons of parking. This is not some low rent place, it is nice. Oh you can walk to the river and go rafting anytime.

It has an 85" TV, XBOX Series X, Couches, tons of storage space. All pots, pans, BBQ, utensils, lots and lots of cooking stuff. Nice big fridge. Separate freezer. Tons of tools. If you have a truck and trailer we could probably work something out. Would be great for a working trade man.

House is two story, but the basement is huge and I can make space for a good amount of your things.

I have an extra small room if you have a young child, but I prefer not, but it is something that could be discussed. I prefer to rent to only men but could consider the right gal.

I have one other tenant, he is elderly 63, very cool, keeps to himself for the most part. 0 problem guy.

This place is set up. I come by once a day to to do chores but for the most part I am never home.

Will require strong references, 1st, last, and $500 deposit and basic contract.

Come check it out, it Shure as heck beats a basement apartment. Pictures speak for themselves. Not a party house but I don't mind get togethers. You will not regret living here, it is really nice.
