Providentia Consulting is a rapidly expanding Real Estate Investment and Property Management firm specializing in the acquisition, renovation, and occasional demolition of residential investment properties. We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction-related tasks and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

- Move and assemble furniture to designated locations

-Assist with various construction tasks such as building, restoring, caulking, cabinet installation, and flooring installation.

-Load, unload and transport construction materials

- Utilize hand tools for tasks such as welding, drywall installation

- Perform routine maintenance work

-Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites

-Assist in demolishing buildings

Experience:

- Previous experience in construction-related roles is preferred.

- Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Strong attention to detail and quality of work.

Pay: Up to $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

License/Certification:

Driver's License (preferred)
