We are currently hiring Carpenter/Construction Worker to work for one of our clients working in Residential Construction.

Job Title: Carpenter/Construction Worker

Position Type: Permanent/ Full-Time

Pay Rate: $28 - 30 per hour (Depends upon experience)

Start Time: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

Duties:
Perform carpentry tasks including framing, installing windows and doors, and finishing work like trim and molding.
Address general handyman duties such as repairing drywall, fixing minor plumbing or electrical issues, and maintaining tools and equipment.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
Collaborate effectively with other team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing excellent customer service throughout the project.

Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years of experience working as a carpenter at construction sites.
Proficiency in framing, installing windows and doors, and finishing work.
Ability to perform various repair tasks such as fixing drywall, plumbing, and electrical issues.
Ensuring all work meets high-quality standards and specifications.
Identifying and resolving construction or repair issues efficiently.
Adhering to safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
Effectively collaborating with team members and addressing client needs.
