This fireplace works for heat, but needs a new lightbulb for the faux fire. (Sorry, don't know what type and don't have time to take apart to find out.) It measures 24" wide, 25" high, 17" deep. Must be picked up at 357 Prince Albert Rd. on Friday morning.
