Wills / Power of Attorney

Description

Retired professional here with years of assisting people with preparing their final wills and also preparing a Power of Attorney if needed.

If you are single, married, divorced, parent, etc., it is important to have your final wishes documented so that your loved ones are not left guessing at the time of your passing. Everyone should have one and the process is much easier than you think.

Also, it important to point out that most people think about this but avoid it because of the cost a law firm or a lawyer will charge them, sometimes hundreds to thousands of dollars. This is not the case when you employ my services.

In Nova Scotia, a Will or Power of Attorney becomes legally valid, once prepared, witnessed, signed and notarized by a Notary Republic.

Also, if you die without a will, there is a good chance the government will receive a portion, if not all of your estate. Don't let this happen. Make your final wishes known.

If this is something you have been considering and putting off, I can help. I have helped many others in the past and many have told me they sleep much better at night knowing their final affairs are in order.

Give me a call today for a free consultation or just a general discussion. You will be glad you did.
