We are looking for an individual to join our team as a Truck Push, to coordinate the onsite traffic and employees at job locations, and to provide technical and operational support as needed.

This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining our company's reputation through daily interactions with our clients, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of goods and services, and acting swiftly to resolve conflicts, and to ensure customer satisfaction.
You will:
• actively enforce Fox Tail Hauling Ltd.'s policies and procedures, maintaining a zero-tolerance stance on distracted driving.
• work with other departments to maintain an informed and cohesive workplace, contributing to the company's overall efficiency.
• take proactive measures for spill and incident prevention, conducting regular on-site visits and safety assessments.
• manage and approve necessary operational documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Required training: Valid First Aid, H2S, WHMIS, CSO, and TDG certifications.
License: Class 5 driver's license. A Class 1A license and mechanical aptitude would be advantageous.
Familiarity with the Motive ELOG system would be an asset.
This position requires excellent communication and planning skills, capable of multitasking and effective conflict resolution. It also requires organizational and problem-solving abilities, ensuring operational challenges are addressed promptly and efficiently.
The role involves a mix of office, yard, and fieldwork, and requires the adaptability to do shift work and work in varied operational environments.
