Job Responsibilities :
Cut, bone, trim beef, lamb, pork or veal for processing or packaging.
Prepare cuts of meat to be ready for distribution or to move into the sausage making department.
An ongoing commitment to safety and quality standards, ensuring that all products meet company standards.
Sharpen and adjust cutting equipment- ensure safe equipment handling: guards in place, equipment is in good working condition.
Maintain and clean the cutting room including equipment to reduce the risk of food contamination and adhere to food safety guidelines.
Work in a growing, fast paced, refrigerated environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Range: $20-23/hr
Shift:8AM-5PM
