Job Description: As a Roadside Service Technician, you will be the technician on the roads, offering prompt and efficient assistance to stranded motorists.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to service calls and arriving at the scene promptly.
• Diagnosing and repairing common vehicle issues (e.g., flat tires, dead batteries, lockouts and gas deliveries).
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer safety.
• Maintaining service vehicle and equipment in top condition.
• Keeping accurate records of services provided.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and 3 years personal insurance.
• Ideally a mechanical aptitude and basic automotive repair skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at different hours, including weekends and holidays.
