New Queen memory foam mattress last summer, slept on 5 nights.

Has electric awning, speakers outside, outside tv mount. Solid steps. Quick connect for propane hookup. Outside storage access.

Air conditioning and heat work great.

Tires replaced in Aug 22 and used for 3 short trips afterwards. Once in NB and 2 times in PEI.
