Hello, there!

I am a young responsible woman who has been seeking a place for a long time. I have an ensured income, and I will hopefully soon become a student.
I don't party or use drugs, I may have a glass of wine on occasion, and I have a lovely singing Cockatiel named Pyotr who is a very sweet boy. He comes in a cage.
I am an artistic individual and I am the kind of person who is perfectly content in my room / outside most of the time. I don't cook too often (I mostly eat out), so I wouldn't be too often in the kitchen. And as a care-giver / cleaner, I know how to keep a house clean and I'd even be willing to move in as a live-in nanny / care-giver if you are in need of that for a loved one.

I can afford anything from $500-$1,000 per month, and I have absolutely no preference of what kind of place it is.

I am a very laid-back, easy to get along with type of person. I truly do get along with almost everybody :).
