Really good shape. Come as a pair. Love seat has a hard time retracting but it does. All four corners recline. Recline on a cppl corned need love but all together good shape. No rips or tears. Very comfortable. Will need to come get off ground floor appt. Short distant to parking spot. you will need at least a cppl ppl to move…. HEAVY.
