Please use alternative measures arranged through the post office to obtain your mail. Canada Post mail is not delivered directly to the property. It is inaccessible to guests and sent to a private community mailbox.

Other things to note
Please note that this unit is in a large, detached, multi-unit, home. Other guests occupy the basement/backyard portion of the home. There could be some occasional sound transfer between units. This home may not be suitable for those who are highly sensitive to occasional sound transfer from neighbours.
