I have a 4 bedroom home coming available for mature students starting the 2024 and 2025 semesters at VIU. The large master bedroom has a good quality, comfortable king size mattress, desk, dresser, walk-in closet, and your own private bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms share the main bathroom. All rooms are fully furnished, including linens and towels. and keyed locking bedroom doors. 1.8 km or 22 min walk to university, bus stop a block away goes directly to the university. Large living/dining area on main floor with an electric fireplace and 65" TV, kitchen with all the essentials for cooking plus a washer & dryer. Owners live in a separate attached suite. Heat, electricity, utilities, wifi, included. The master bedrooms is $1025, the room with the queen size bed is $900 and the other 2 bedrooms with double beds are $875 per month
All utilities are included.
Roommates are expected to clean up after use of bathroom, kitchen and all common areas.
Common areas are; the bathroom, kitchen, living and dining area. There is 2 spots for parking if required and help with snow removal would be expected.
