These are 2 BlueHive 4000 mah batteries. BlueHive is Canadian Tire's electronics store brand. They've got a cheap build quality and I've never liked them, so very few cycles on them. But, they might overheat and kill you and your family - though, I've never noticed a problem. I mean, it is at least, a major Canadian brand. They are a lovely shade of white and fit in a regular sized adult pocket very well.

4000 mah is more than enough to fully charge most phones, plus a bit. Not enough to even half charge a large iPad.

USB micro in (that's an older connection) and USB A out. Also a really shitty flashlight. No cords, though if you really needed a micro, I guess I could look around. But, I'd probably just pretend to have looked, and then tell you sorry, I didn't find anything.
