Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an impressive background in customer service, ability to multi-task at it's finest, handle competing priorities with ease, and sales. As a Service Advisor, you will be the liaison between customers and our service technicians, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a warm welcome
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document issues with their vehicles
- Communicate vehicle maintenance and repair recommendations to customers
- Estimate costs and provide quotes for services
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles
- Upsell additional services or products based on customers' needs
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:
- Extensive background in customer service, preferably in a dealership or automotive repair setting is beneficial, but not required
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell services and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Pay: $34,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
