Duties Generates leads for potential sales opportunities.
Client contact and relationship management Actively recruiting, screening, sourcing, and booking candidates for interviews.
Matching candidates to open positions, and presenting candidates with job opportunities.
Executes an assigned tactical plan associated with the Business/Market Plan and formulates specific customer approaches to earn the customer's business.
Guides, assists, and supports in developing and implementing sales strategies to generate new business; Coaches & monitors sales opportunities.
Qualifications Min of 1 year of sales/recruiting experience Excellent communication, business development, and customer service skills, including telephone manners.
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple requests, Excellent organization and time management skills. Strong ability to remain patient and calm when under pressure.
