Has a, 9.0 HP Briggs and Stratton Engine

It has a, Brand New Carburetor, but the engine does Surge, I think the Main Jet needs to be enlarged, but I'm done working on this machine.

It can be used the way it is.

It's, 2900PSI at 2.5 Gallons
