Everything works except the ceiling fan. We were on a waiting list to have this fixed for some time but have no tentative date. Vent still opens and closes. Just needs a new fan motor.

No rips or holes in the vinyl at all. Has a storage compartment in the front and under all the seats. There is also a spot under one seat for a chemical toilet which is not included.

When closed, the length is 15feet from tail lights to end of hitch. When open, camper is 20feet long. We tow it with an F150 but it could be towed with a smaller vehicle.
