General Labourer -
Pool Technician

Part time could become full-time 7 days a week
Hours vary per day so must be flexible

Job description:
We are looking for a driven, and hard working individual that wants to learn and grow with the company.

If you love working with your hands, enjoy working outdoors, and have prior pool experience than this is the perfect job for you!


Duties:
• Opening and Closing Pools by removing or installing pool cover
• Work in a safe and timely manner
• Cleaning and Removing debris from pool cover
• Set up equipment by the pool side to begin Opening / Closing
• Ensure job sites is left clean and tidy for customers
• Heavy lifting - loading and unloading truck ( 50 lbs )
• Basic pool maintenance tasks such as vaccuming, skimming and scrubbing of the pool
• Pool equipment is installed or removed safely in good condition, stored in designated location
• Water chemical testing and maintenance
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Enforcement of all safety regulations while on site



Required Skills:
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Must be motivated and hard working
• Must be able to physically lift heavy loads ( 50 lbs )
• Must have a Valid Driver's Licence and a clean driving record
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently individually and as a team
(You will be working alongside an experienced member of the team)
• Must be respectful and professional when representing the company
• Maintain health and safety standards
• Must have good problem solving and communication skills
• Must be able to safely handle and work with basic tools
• Must be able to work in all outdoor conditions



Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior pool and spa experience and knowledge is preferred
• Previous General labour experience is an asset
