Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently perform steel erection tasks in accordance with project plans and specifications
- Utilize equipment such as cranes, lifts, and rigging gear to maneuver and install pre-engineered structural steel
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulations, especially when working at heights
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote productivity and safety

Requirements:
- Previous experience in pre-engineered steel or a related field is preferred but not required
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
- All tickets and certifications are recognized
- Ability to interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to undergo training and certification as necessary
