Need gone asap - will be broken down and sent to garbage if no one takes it.

This sofa bed has been a great contribution to my home for years. The queen size pull out is in great condition and is comfortable with a sheet and comforter.

Wear and tear is now just beginning on the arms and cushions. There is 1 small burn hole in one if the cushions but easily hidden.

I do smoke and have a dog and we'll I can't keep fur outta anywhere.

I CANNOT help move nor deliver. Make sure you have 2 strong people to move this couch from the 4rth floor with no elevator.
