I'm selling a barely 2 year old sectional sofa. It also has a left chaise and super soft with no pilling after 2 years. I also have the original receipt from 2 years ago for about $1350 and now we're selling it for $450. We are looking for a quick sale so give us your best offer!! We ordered a modular which is coming in this week so we're looking to get rid of this ASAP.

The seats are still firm yet soft when sit into it. No odour, no piling. We bought this with our 2 year old who mainly sits on this. The fabric is great with a soft suede feel and is washable. The only thing is that the very right seat cushion zipper is broken (as shown in picture) but you cannot tell when it's on the sofa. Other than that, this has been a great starter sofa from when we first moved in.

Measurements are:
Width 106 inches (from left arm rest to right arm rest)
Height is 3ft (36inches)
Depth of right arm rest is about 33inches
Depth of seat is 23.5 inches
Depth of the left chaise - 66 inches
