I am moving to another city, therefore, need to sell this car urgently on AS IS BASIS. All maintenance and services are done as per Honda's recommendations. Last time, it was done on:-
1. Replace the timing belt, water pump and belt/pulleys (2 years ago).
2. Replace Strut and Shock (1 year ago)
3. Replace starter and battery (2 years ago)
4. Replace sensors e.g. ABS etc. (2 years ago)
5. Replace catalyst converter and muffler (1 year ago)
6. Complete service of engine (3 years ago)
7. Replace brake, wheel bearings, rotors and pads (2 years ago)
8. Service Air conditioner (2 years ago)
9. Flush coolant, transmission, differential, brake and steering oils (1 year ago)
10. Replace spark plug and ignition coils (1 year ago)
11. Replace Air filter and cabin filter (6 months ago)
12. Rustproofing done 6 months ago

Only use 93 gas/petrol and full synthetic engine oil.
This car is used for vacation and long-distance travel purposes and mostly has highway mileage. Honda pilot can last 500,000 plus km.

The following services will be needed in the near future:-
1. Engine oil change (last time it was changed 5 months ago. Nice to have to change synthetic oil every 6 months or 10 thousand miles)
2. Inspection and Auto tune-up ignition system e.g. cleaning coil/spark plug/cylinder head/engine block etc. (1 year ago, it was done. Nice to have this service every 2 years)
3. Inspection or service of the brake system (it would be required for a safety certificate.
Nice to have this service every 2 years or whenever travel long distances)

What is wrong!!
1. Remote car starter is not working
2. Sometimes the child lock of the left passenger side door is not working properly
