Must be willing to move and transport yourself.
Minimum 2 people required to move as is.
Trailer or pickup will be required.

Nice to know...
Exposed to elements. A little TLC, light sanding, stain would freshen it up nicely
You will need approx 25x25 sq ft of level ground to install
